This is the ideal package if you desire to make lasting changes. Initial sessions will be weekly, and then can be spread further apart.
The first session can go up to 90 minutes, the following will be of 60 minutes each.
Personal one-to-one Life Coaching
These ten sessions can be held weekly or over a year, depending on the client's needs and preference.
